The Henan Yueren Biology Project undertaken by our company is mainly divided into oral liquid preparation system and syrup preparation system. At present, the construction has been completed and it has entered the final commissioning stage.

After several technical communications and according to the customer requirements, we divided the system into several modules. Each module is strictly completed with 3D drawing and technical demonstration before production. The purpose is to ensure that different products can be processed on one production line, and also ensure that there will be no cross-impact during the production process. The system can support the production of various kinds of oral solution, syrup, cold medicine, etc. Compared with the batch production line, it can not only improve the production efficiency, but also improve the product quality. The whole production process is stable and the product production cost is reduced.

During the implementation of the project, our project team, production backbone, electrical engineer, and software engineer cooperate with each other, adopt advanced and mature technology, strengthen the inspection in production, and design automation solutions based on the principle of " safety, convenience and reliability" to make the whole system easy to manage, maintain, and operate. The system has automatic and manual control methods that are relatively independent and stand-by for each other. The start and stop of the equipment is automatically controlled by the PLC control system in accordance with the process requirements. The remote control is controlled by the operator by clicking the corresponding operation button on the computer to start and stop the corresponding equipment to ensure stable and safe operation. If there is any emergency, the equipment can automatically alarm in time, pop up the faulty equipment parameters, and warn the operator to deal with it to avoid the problems occurring in the subsequent process, and it can also display the records of the operator's operation and equipment status changes. The automation system can timely grasp and know the changes in the operating conditions and process parameters of the equipment during the production process, and timely realize the control of the temperature, liquid level, and pH value required in the process of material concentration and dilution.

Innovative design concepts run through the entire product to create a stable and efficient system for customers, and each step of the process such as configuration, cleaning, inspection and filling must be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements. The wiring groove layout is reasonable, flat without distortion, the inner wall has no burrs, the joints are tight and straight, all kinds of accessories are complete, and using multi-point fixing. There are fixed points at the corners. The groove cover should be installed flat and without warped corners. The position of the outlet is correct and beautiful. The wiring is strictly and standardized, and all cables are labeled and have connection diagrams to ensure that programmers can write programs with diagrams. The air pipe from the solenoid valve to the angle seat valve is installed in the wiring groove and fastened with wire tie. The two ends of the air pipe are covered with number marks. It is the strict requirements on these details that ensure the stable operation of OSR’s products all year round.
