Good News | Keqian’s Project: An Early Acceptance Milestone

Recently, the inactivated vaccine solution preparation system and purified solution preparation system of Wuhan Keqian Biology Co., Ltd. undertaken by OSR has successfully completed acceptance.

In the early stage, OSR set up a strong technical design team to fully discuss and demonstrate with the project personnel of Wuhan Keqian in terms of process communication and system design, and both parties completed the signing of FS, DS, DQ and other relevant design documents. Based on rich professional design experience and reasonable process design concept, OSR team has established a feasible design scheme and strictly selected high-quality components to ensure the stable operation of the whole system.

We divide the whole system into several modules. The modular design can make the production management more controllable, the installation more convenient and the FAT acceptance more convenient. Each module's three-dimensional drawing, is to ensure manufacture precisely according to its design. Before production, we make a rigorous and feasible milestone production plan, which is well organized and coordinated by all departments to ensure the implementation of the whole production plan. We strengthen the production process inspection, inspection work is duly documented, to ensure that no unqualified products into the next process.

In the stage of installation and debugging, our company dispatched excellent and strong personnel to set up a project team. The production backbone, electrical engineers and software engineers are all the best. The solution preparation system of inactivated vaccine and purification room need to be connected with other various equipment, including inlet and outlet, also CIP functions such as on-line cleaning and on-line sterilization need to be provided for other equipment. There are more than 140 sets of control procedures in a purification room alone, and the program control is quite complex and the workload on site is very heavy. Throughout the National Day holiday, our team not only did not rest, but also worked 14 hours a day. It is this spirit of devotion that enables us to complete the joint commissioning and trial of the whole project within the time limit required by Keqian.

At present, the inactivated vaccine solution preparation system and purified solution preparation system have completed several trial productions, and are in good condition, which can fully meet the design requirements.

For OSR, project acceptance is not the end of cooperation, but the beginning of a new stage.
